At the monastery\, you’ll have the chance to gain a fresh perspective on the world and cultivate a deeper sense of happiness and well-being\, which you can share with all the lives you touch in the future. \n  \nParticipants will explore and practice various elements of Humanistic Buddhism\, unlocking their inner potential and fostering positive interpersonal relationships. This will be followed by a week of enriching activities\, including morning meditation\, Sutra studies\, Humanistic Buddhism studies\, exploration of the monastery\, Buddhist practices\, communal work\, vegetarian meals\, Dharma talks\, group discussions\, and evening chanting.
